Data in the app

Milk Run is a single-player train simulator that runs on your iPhone. You can play without an account or internet connection. The app doesn't send your gameplay or personal information to us. It has no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and doesn't request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.

The app saves your selected route, a number used to generate the countryside, and which driving hints you've dismissed. These settings are stored in iOS preferences on your device, not on our servers. They aren't a record of your journeys or a player profile.

Storage and deletion

Local preferences remain on your device until the app updates them or you delete the app. To clear them, choose Delete App in iPhone Settings. Offloading the app keeps its data. iOS may include app data in device backups according to your Apple settings. You manage those backups through Apple.

There's no Milk Run account to delete, and we don't hold a gameplay profile for you. The app doesn't ask for analytics or advertising consent because it uses neither.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your question and look into the problem. Our email provider delivers and stores these messages. We don't use support messages for advertising or sell them.

We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle your request and follow-up, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support.

This website

We don't add cookies, visitor analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social widgets or third-party fonts to this site. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested pages and browser details to deliver and protect it, and may use cookies for security checks. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains how it handles and keeps network and security data. Email support to request access to or deletion of personal information related to this website.

Apple and other providers

Apple handles App Store downloads, purchases and any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple. Apple's privacy policy covers those services. Other websites we link to have their own privacy policies.

We don't share app data with advertising or analytics services. Providers that handle website requests or support emails for us must protect that information as required by privacy law.

Children's privacy

The app doesn't ask players of any age to submit personal information. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page and its revision date when our practices change. If we start collecting new data, we'll describe it here and in the app's App Store privacy information.
